2.Minimum 2years relative experience in Human Resourceswith Multi-national Electronicsfirm or other related field.
3.Fully understand Chinese and local labor law and related HR regulations.
4.Strong inter-personal skills, bilingual, fluent in speaking and written in English and Chinese.
5.Passionateand well organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities:
1.Conduct A to Z HR functions;
2.Conduct recruiting, offering and new hire orientation, as well as formalizing internal practices and process, Administrate employment and termination;
3.Implement C&B policy, respond to benefit inquires regarding policy and procedures;
4.Liaise with local authorities regarding administrative & HR matters;
5.Handle immigration related issues, including work/residence permit application, perform staff travel management;
6.Maintain personnel files, summarize and consolidate the HR data and reports;
7.Process the personnel administration program, such as staff status changing management, controls of absenteeism and other personnel statistics as required;
8.Responsible for renewing official certificates/ registration annually;
9.Organize Annual events and activities;
10.Being the supporting personnel in ISO 9001 & 14001 audits;
11.Support Regional HR Manager as required;
12.Any other ad hoc relevant duties may be required by Management.
