职位描述：
POSITION
· Report to the manager of Process Engineering/Quality department
MISSION
· Coordinate and monitor quality transversal actions of all concerned departments and provide outlook and pertinent information to the Process Engineering/Quality manager
· Deploy the quality system of the company, check its right application through audit and ensure that proper corrective actions are implemented and applied
· Interface the company in front of Authorities and Customers
· Participate to computerization project related to quality matters
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Monitor the improvement actions progress for the General Management
· u_pudate Customers and Authorities satisfaction survey scorecards
· Ensure the role of voucher and quality responsible for the process ’manage by the quality’
· Ensure the compliance of all quality management system items with the civil regulations and EN9100, ISO9001 standards
· Check through appropriate audit the implementation of the ‘manage by the quality’ procedures
· Ensure the global monitoring of all company procedures through the company procedure focal points
· Monitor the process of an improved structure, completion and simplification of the company procedures
· Monitor the preventive and corrective actions until the targets are reached
EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
· Master Degree or equivalent
· More than 5 years experience in the same field
· Good English language skills (C,S,W,R) ), French language skills appreciated but not required
· Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools
· Knowledge of audit techniques (quality system, process, product)
· Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
· Capacity to analyse and to synthesize, problems solving
· Proficient Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Words, PowerPoint, Excel, MS project, …)
